1. Returns

At ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Include original packaging where applicable

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, alterations, missing tags, or reduced condition may not be accepted.

2. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, according to applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA provides an extended 15-day return period for eligible items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning your order.

  • Full name
  • Items you wish to return

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The return is caused by an error from ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds include the value of the returned item(s).

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, the refund may also include the cost of the standard delivery option selected at checkout.

Additional delivery upgrades, express shipping, or special shipping services are not refundable.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Customers may inspect products in the same way they would in a physical store.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

Examples:

  • Wearing the item outside
  • Removing tags
  • Washing the product
  • Damaging or altering the product

6. Exchanges

ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA does not currently offer direct exchanges through the online store.

Customers may return the original item and place a new order.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
